Body as the Foundation of Practice
In many spiritual traditions, great attention is given to the mind — cultivating awareness, clarity and insight.
But the body is just as important.
Our body is not only a physical structure.
It is the living ground that supports our practice, our daily life and our ability to experience presence.
In our community, we treat the body as something precious and worthy of respect — a sacred home for awareness.
Healing Moment
Healing Moment is a gentle practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore your energy and cultivate calm awareness.
It is not a fitness class and not a religious practice.
It is a mind-body training that combines movement, breathing and attention — supporting both health and meditation.

Roots in authentic traditions
This practice gently integrates elements from several traditional systems that have long combined health and inner cultivation:
• Taoist Qigong — especially the Jingang Changshou Gong lineage of Master Zhang Zhi‑shun, known for promoting vitality and longevity
• Nejang Yoga from the Tibetan Sowa Rigpa tradition, supporting internal energy balance
• Yogic principles of mindful movement and breath awareness
These traditions share a common understanding:
When body, breath and mind work together, natural balance arises.
