A Day to Return to Yourself
Discover the power of silence and reconnect with your inner clarity.
Our Mini Silent Retreats offer a gentle yet profound opportunity to step out of daily life and experience authentic meditation practice rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
Silence creates space — space to slow down, to meet yourself more deeply and to allow the mind to settle naturally.
The Practice of Silence
This retreat is held largely in silence.
During the day, participants refrain from speaking so that everyone can fully enter a quiet and supportive atmosphere. Silence is only briefly opened during:
• Group mantra chanting
• The final sharing session
We also encourage participants to refrain from using phones and the internet during the retreat.
Silence is not simply the absence of words — it is the foundation that allows inner experience, clarity, and deeper awareness to unfold.
Practice & Orientation
The retreat draws inspiration from meditation practices within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. We understand meditation as a path of self-discovery — a way to become more present, to understand oneself more deeply and to integrate awareness into daily life.
The day includes a balanced combination of:
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation
• Gentle body practices (yoga and prostrations)
• Traditional mantra chanting
Previous meditation experience can be helpful, but it is not required. What matters most is openness and a willingness to engage with silence and practice.
