Mini Silent Retreat
Come back to yourself and experience the power of silence.
In our Mini Silent Retreats, we follow the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and use meditation as a way to get to know ourselves more deeply.
Silence creates space — space to arrive within yourself, become clearer, and consciously take a break from everyday life.
The Silence
This retreat is a silent retreat.
Silence means:
- no speaking throughout the retreat, except for shared mantra singing and the final closing exchange
- silence also applies during the lunch break
- we recommend not using your phone or the internet during the retreat
Silence is the central foundation of this retreat. We take it seriously because it allows depth and inner experience to unfold.
Practice & Orientation
The practice is inspired by Tibetan Buddhist forms of meditation and includes:
- meditation, either sitting or in movement
- simple body practices, such as yoga and prostrations
- mantra singing
Previous meditation experience is helpful, but not required. More important is your openness to engaging with the practice and the silence.
