Mindfulness & Meditation

A Living Path of Awareness

Meditation is at the heart of our community.

Our practice is rooted in the wisdom tradition of Dzogchen — a direct path of cultivating awareness and inner clarity. At the same time, we seek to create a bridge between ancient teachings and modern life.

Here, meditation is not only a technique.
It is a way of learning to live with more presence, openness, and inner freedom.

You can enter this path in a simple and accessible way and deepen step by step according to your own rhythm.

Taste the Practice

Mini Silent Retreats

Our one-day silent retreats offer a gentle and authentic introduction to meditation.

Through silence, chanting, mindful movement, and sitting practice, participants can directly experience the essence of the tradition in a supportive environment.

These retreats are open to beginners and do not require prior experience.

*This is currently the main way to begin practicing with us locally in Erlangen, Germany.

Ongoing Guidance & Community

Meditation grows through continuity.

Our community is supported by regular teachings from lineage teachers, as well as practice groups in English, French and Chinese. This allows practitioners to:

• Receive guidance regularly
• Practice together across countries
• Stay connected on the path

Through these structures, we are part of a global practice network beyond Europe.

Deepen the Journey

Traditional Retreats & the Dzogchen Path

For those who wish to deepen their practice, we offer traditional meditation retreats based on the Dzogchen lineage.

These retreats provide a systematic and authentic framework for cultivating awareness step by step.

Our intention is to make this profound path accessible in a way that is meaningful within modern life.

Our Approach

We are guided by three principles:

Authenticity — rooted in a living lineage
Accessibility — open and welcoming to modern practitioners
Continuity — supported by ongoing guidance and community

This creates a bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary life.
