Mindfulness for Beginners

Experience regular guided mindfulness exercises held once or twice per month. These sessions focus on cultivating inner calm and building a foundation for connecting with yourself and others.

  • Healing Mantra: second Thursday evening, monthly, VHS Erlangen
  • Yoga meets Tea: third Sunday afternoon, monthly, KULTUREPUNKT Erlangen. 

Mindfulness for Experienced Practitioners

Join our one-day retreats designed for those with a deeper meditation practice. With a focus on either inner calm or wisdom, these sessions explore the Tibetan Ati Yoga (Dzogchen) tradition to uncover the mind’s true nature.

  • One Day silence retreat: fourth Saturday, monthly, Remarweg Erlangen
  • Hiking meditation retreat (in planing)
